01

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you contact us, book a call, sign an engagement, or use our client portal. This may include your name, email, phone number, business name, billing details, project materials, and messages you send through our site or portal.

We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you interact with our website and portal, so we can operate and improve the experience.

02

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to scope and deliver project work, maintain retainers, operate the client portal, process payments, communicate about your engagement, and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share identifiable client data with advertisers or unrelated third parties for their marketing.

03

Service Providers

We use trusted processors to run our business, including hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. We share only what is needed for those providers to perform their role on our behalf.

Each provider handles data under their own agreements and privacy policies. LoomCo remains responsible for how we instruct those processors in connection with your engagement.

04

Client Portal and Account Data

If you have portal access, your account may include profile details, documents, invoices, service status, tasks, and communications. That data is available to you and to authorized LoomCo team members working on your account.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

05

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. LoomCo does not store your full card or bank account numbers. Stripe’s privacy policy governs payment credential handling. We retain billing and transaction records as needed for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.

06

Data Retention

We keep your data while your engagement is active and as needed to provide services. After an engagement ends, we may archive materials for a limited period so you can retrieve documents or complete an asset handoff, then delete or de-identify personal data unless a longer retention period is required by law or your written agreement.

Exact archive and deletion timelines for your account are spelled out in your service agreement when applicable.

07

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site and portal to function, and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

08

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and standard security practices to protect information. No internet transmission is completely secure. We will notify you as required if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data.

09

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@loomcoapp.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.

10

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the date above and, for active clients, notify you by email when appropriate. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
