We also collect usage data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with our platform.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services including your website, app, marketing campaigns, and blanks catalog access. We use your contact information to communicate with you about your account, respond to requests, and send service updates.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties and we do not share your data with advertisers.

AI Task Processing

Our platform uses third-party AI model APIs to execute tasks on your behalf. When you submit a request, relevant context from your account may be submitted to these AI services to fulfill your request. This is done only as necessary to complete the task.

AI providers we use include Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and others as the platform evolves. Each provider handles data under their own data processing agreements and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies as well.

We do not use your data to train external AI models and we do not share identifiable client data with AI providers beyond what is necessary to execute a specific requested task.

Client Portal and Account Data

Your client portal contains your account information, documents, invoices, service status, task history, and communication records. This data is stored securely and accessible only to you and authorized LoomCo team members assigned to your account.

Your portal login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your username or password. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled through Stripe. LoomCo does not store your full card or bank account numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data. We retain billing records including transaction history for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account cancellation, your data is archived for 90 days. During this period your portal login remains active for document access. After 90 days, all personal data and account assets are permanently deleted unless you have purchased an asset transfer.

We may retain certain records beyond this window as required by applicable law or for accounting purposes.

Our website uses cookies to improve your experience and analyze usage. Essential cookies are required for the site and portal to function. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

We use encryption, access controls, and standard security practices to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We maintain industry-standard protections and will notify you promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Active clients will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
